A competitive heat. Starford has gone up a total of 20lb for his two handicap wins on easy ground and should go well again if handling quicker conditions. Dylan Browne-McMonagle prefers Bear Creek of the Joseph O'Brien quartet and he should go well but a punt is taken on KILMEADEN. He disappointed on handicap debut last time but it is still early days. On the form of his 1.25l Ballinrobe second to Carmers, he is worth another chance. [Dave Stephens)
